List your failed startup with a brief description of its key elements, for example: IP, domain name, source code, algorithms, client/subscriber lists and the like.
Potential buyers can view failed startups, maybe see something of interest or value, and start a dialogue regarding the purchase of part or all of the wreckage.
For a very small investment, you may be able to get some money back from the remnants of your crashed and burned startup.
